Satan, Forbidden Knowledge, and the Watchers Who Came Down to Mt. Hermon

Some ancient astronaut theorists have put forth the theory that Satan, aka Lucifer, was an extraterrestrial whose misdeed was in trying to help mankind, by providing us with forbidden knowledge. They mentioned Mt. Hermon as a location where extraterrestrials came down to Earth, and this peaked my interest, as I wrote about Mt. Hermon in the book Ancient Aliens and the Lost Islands: Through the Wormhole, which was published in the early fall of 2013.

Satan as a knowledge-giver didn’t factor into the book, but Mt. Hermon did, with its connection to the biblical Book of Enoch, which spoke of Mt. Hermon as being the place where the “fallen angels” descended to Earth from the Fifth Heaven. They were called the Grigori, or Watchers, a race of giants who took the daughters of men as wives and begot the Nephilim. The leader of these fallen angels was called Ba’al, and he built a palace on Mt. Hermon.

It all ties in with the Lost Tribe of Dan, who some ancient astronaut theorists believe were the Tuatha dé Danann of ancient Ireland. I’ve put forth a different theory, in which the Tuatha dé Danann were none other than the Nordic aliens who visit Earth today, and the Lost Tribe of Dan was connected to their enemies — the Milesians. The Milesian invasion of Ireland helped to eliminate the Nordic Tuatha dé Danann.

The Lost Tribe of Dan was one of the Twelve Tribes of Israel, who were expelled for their pagan practices, and some believe that the Antichrist will be born of this tribe. One of the known cities of the Lost Tribe of Dan was only 30 miles from Mt. Hermon, that very place where the fallen angels came down from the Fifth Heaven. Lucifer, or Satan, was a fallen angel.

Legends surrounding Mt. Hermon, and the various levels of Heaven, are explored in the book Ancient Aliens and the Lost Islands: Through the Wormhole, but Satan as a knowledge-bringer does not.

To understand why bringing knowledge to mankind was such an evil deed, you’d have to look to ancient astronaut theorist Zecharia Sitchin. In his book The Wars of Gods and Men, he depicts the biblical Book of Genesis as being an edited version of a more detailed, and older text.

The expanded version of the Book of Genesis suggests that extraterrestrials came to Earth, and being astronauts, did not want to personally perform heavy labor. So they interjected their DNA into an existing, humanoid, ape-like man of Earth, to create a more intelligent form that they could use as slaves. This is presented as the Missing Link.

Now if you were holding down a species into slavery, the last thing you’d want is for them to have knowledge. You’d want to keep them ignorant. By adding Zecharia Sitchin’s ancient astronaut theory, you come up with the WHY of Satan’s big blunder — giving knowledge to slaves.

If you’re interested in learning more about the significance of Mt. Hermon to the Tuatha dé Danann of ancient Ireland, the Milesians who attacked them, and the Lost Tribe of Dan, you’ll find it in the book Ancient Aliens and the Lost Islands: Through the Wormhole.
